I've got the Police Chiefs Council guidance for officers saved on my phone in case I get moaned at when I take the dog out (you're allowed to drive somewhere to walk the dog which people have been hassled over), and collected food from a takeaway is on the allowed list.I don't get why the police allow it if they are clamping down on people in country parks walking on their own?

Its more that the lockdown has been badly implemented and mostly voluntary. We'll see more of this as more places decide to open back up.

It’s more of a restriction of movement than a lockdown in the UK.This is a lockdown. There’s laws saying you can’t leave your house except for a few given reasons. That’s lockdown.
Social distancing is stuff like 2m apart when out, wearing masks, no contact deliveries, the stuff you can do without lockdown when life is carrying on as well as during lockdown.
I’m not expecting to be able to visit home until next year, very challenging with family over, especially with parents getting older and my nephews growing up.You're playing with semantics.
