You can buy an emergency inhaler from a pharmacist. They may well check to see if its on your prescriptions list but that is an option. i myself ave don same on a ccouple of occasions down the years and never had a problem.
Their is no need in this day and age to go without if you've forgotten one.

At a guess I would think this spike in gun sales has been caused by fear of looting if there was a food shortage or people become desperate in other ways. America has not been anywhere near as generous as our government has to its population and there are many people who will genuinely be wondering where their next meal is coming from.Nothing kills a virus deader than a gun
