I'm surprised Rose has been released given the majority of our CB's have returned to parent clubs. Fadz can't do it all alone.

Need to sign up Doyle and McNally on permanents. Norton Cuffy back on loan next season too. Hold on to Hamer and see what happends with Vik.

Hamer is the real big one for me. I don't see O'Hare going anywhere and I'd like to see us build a team around those two.

Same. I think with those two and with sheaf, allen, kelly, palmer as midfield sqaud we can build a decent team.

Do you mean the likes of Burroughs, McGrath and Rowe? They aren't second year scholars.

The club haven't said what is happening with the academy players, though I think most will be released as it's largely been first years playing.

If you are not the full package they will cut you loose. Being a good player doesn't help if other attributes do not come up to standard. Its cut throat and in truth it has to be.

Da Silva looks no bigger than a Kelly-Evans twin, and that didn’t turn out too well, I suppose we play a different formation now tho so maybe don’t need a taller lwb?

Seeing Dublin at Wembley reminded me that losing him to Villa ultimately cost us a PL place, we have to remember that lesson with Vik. Our striker recruitment over the past few years has either been great of a flop with nothing much in between, we can't afford a failure this time around.

Numerous times this season Bidwell's ability to get a defensive head onto deep crosses was pretty important. But obviously all these things are taken into account when recruiting.

Most on the above list have reached the end of their contracts. Josh still has another year on his. Why he only played one full game at Stevenage, I have no idea.

<quick edit> Wiki shows that "On 30 June 2023, Reid was released by Coventry City." I know Wiki can be edited by anyone but how do they work this one out ? Time traveller ? Drunk Stevenage fan ?
