I really hope Conor Thomas isn't going to boss the midfield.

I think ngandu is a midfielder rather then a striker so probably the second one!

I thought Eccles looked very good in that U23 game. Calm on the ball and lots of long raking passes to teammates, creating space.

I thought Williams did okay too.

If Bakayoko gets a touch will there be a pitch invasion?

If Eccles is calm on the ball, that will be the icing on the cake.

A game for Tom Bayliss to show his worth tonight, will see how much match experience he really has now alone without Doyle supposedly hamstringing him

Won't he be out wide though?

In the U23 game both Eccles and Ngandu played central midfield. Might be wrong, but it looks to me like Bayliss wide right, Shipley wide left, Eccles and Ngandu in the centre and Jones and Bakayoko up front.

One of Shipley or Bayliss need to play in the middle surely if it’s a 442, 4411 or 4231. Be a lightweight spine of the side otherwise in experience

Some of the more established players - Bayliss, Bakayoko, Grimmer, JJ, Shipley etc should be looking at putting in a performance trying to force their way into the manager's plans. I think our main threat may come from full backs attacking (although they may also be our greatest weakness!) We shall see!

Morgan Williams is captain again, don't really get that when there are more senior players in the team

He captains the U23s doesn't he? Maybe they seem him as a natural leader or the better option for a game with a lot of U23s playing.

Maybe, but it looks like Robins wants to see how a couple of untried kids fair against league two opposition.

Looking forward to this game.

Good to see Jodie Jones and Tom Bayliss back.

We should be too good for these.

Hope that we can win in 90 minutes and progress to the next round.

Winning the Checkatrade was the catalyst in reversing our fortunes.

Another Wembley trip please.

You have to scroll way down to find this on the BBC site.
It's even below the Women's Championship.

Mis-read that as "Man City in the away end?" I wondered why they'd turn up! :emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing:

MR a genius if we win in 90 mins tonight and progress through with this team unearthing a few gems for the future.

On the other hand if we lose again back to back he's a complete tool if we don't beat Cheltenham and go through.

Really would like to progress in this competition however I’m not liking the look of this side too much. Seems very lightweight and too youthful.

Really hope I’m wrong.
