So basically because we're still top, we cant be pissed off at throwing away 2 points to one of the worst form teams in the division? A half decent team puts us to bed today. Thankfully Charlton are dog shit. Dog shit, yet still outplayed us today. But its ok because we're still top..... for now

That's correct. Now go and find some optimism from somewhere

What that proves, is that our squad players are not good enough to replace the regulars.
6 changes proved too many for the team to take, and we played poorly.
Lati, Brau and Allen were passengers.
Wright was infuriatingly poor.
Even Grimes had a poor game...probably trying to cover for all the shite he had around him.

We dominated AFTER they equalised!

The way to win a game is not to throw away a winning position.

I thought we had finally got a bit of control / territory and had weathered the storm before the goal. Either way it wasn’t a great performance and I agree for first 60 mins the set up didn’t seem like it was working well

Hard earned point on a difficult pitch and with quite a number of regulars not starting/missing.

No great fluency or cohesion but still should have been all 3 had we seen the game out with a professional, do the basics right, approach, except no, thanks to a ridiculous piece of Sunday league esq, shambolic attempt at defending.

Chances we did have were flying in earlier in the season but not dropping for us at the moment.

Doesn’t sound too positive on the signings front

It was a strange game. I thought we'd go on to thrash them after we scored early. We just seemed tired and ineffective again. You notice when you see Grimes playing poor passes and everyone falling over all the time when they're trying to win the ball. We didn't deserve to win. I think Lampard made too many changes really, I understand the need to rotate but dropping Rudoni, Saka and EMC as well as Torp being absent is a bit much. I thought Brau was very poor again, panicky and out of position. I would have brought Bidwell on myself.

Or it shows what squad depth we do have that we could change it up so much and get a point away and could have won it too

There's no excuse for not taking off the player that you yourself said was "infuriatingly poor"

When you have a player that's clearly not at the races and your under massive pressure, do you leave him on until they score, or do you make the obvious change ?

There's zero excuse for dropping 2 points today. Andrews is a fit and fresh midfielder who could of helped us get hold of the ball, but Frank just waited until the inevitable happened. Thats a massive fuck up.

Just said “well see”, doesn’t know of anything happening right now. Could just be being coy of course.

I get that it's disappointing considering how we've been playing earlier in the season. However, we've had a shit load of games in a short period with people ill and injured. Unfortunately we don't have the luxury of swapping players like Philogene and Clarke with each other every game. Look at every other team except Ipswich, and it's a struggle.

We'll be fine, despite what some of the knee jerkers say on here.
You should read the bed wetting fuck wits on FB .... absolute bell ends

I thought the same at the time but other than letting in a terrible goal on the break we pretty much dominated last 20-25 minutes and created enough to win the game without putting an extra MF in there
BUT we didn't score again and DIDN'T win so whats your point?

You literally cannot say that with certainty. they were all over us second half

Charlton fans were delighted with the draw. They didn’t think they were going to break us down.

They certainly were not all over us second half.

What is clear is that we have currently lost our ability to dominate the tempo of matches.

Didn't have the bodies to go on and Smash them like earlier in the season.
Anyway should have got Bamford on the short deal, Frank's been badly let down IMO.
