Charlie Kirk's widow has posted some really cringe videos.

Doesn't feel entirely authenic, but people do strange things in their grief.

I'm not sure I can get on board with posters criticising those following people with spent criminal convictions, who in all other posts advocate for forgiveness and we should give them a chance. No problem with either stance, but choose a side and be consistent.

So just to provide some balance, at Notting Hill the police went geared up to arrest people.

So they were using knife detecting archways and facial recognition etc., and actively looking for drug dealing etc..

Also the carnival is over two days and has over two million attendees.

At the Tommy Robinson support march, the police weren't interested in making arrests. Just in maintaing public order, or trying to. So no knife arches, no facial recognition, no searching for drugs, outstanding warrants, etc. etc..

I also don't believe there was any concerted attempt to attack the police at Notting Hill. There clearly was at the Tommy march.

Basically then, and as politely as I can put it, this is a fatuous argument - you're comparing apples with oranges.

Let's not bullshit each other. Violence at rallies organised by Tommy and his ilk is absolutely par for the course. Trying to minimise it by saying, but look at Notting Hill, is a pretty weak argument.

As it turns out, people who violently kick off at the police, and immigrants etc., seem to have a remarkably disproportionate record of previous offending, particularly when it comes to domestic abuse.

Does flag shagging lead to wife beating, I wonder, or is it the other way around? 😁

It depends which way you want to spin it. 890 pro palestine demonstraters were arrested on 7/9/25, from the outside it does seem like the left are much more violent and not willing to listen to other points of view. Just take all the stop oil lunatics causing criminal damage and attacking army bases.

I think in general people are seeing now that not all those attending these Tommy Robinosn rallies are far right, the vast majority seem like normal law abiding people. It just the ones draped in union jacks swigging stella that seem to ruin it.

There is clearly a massive movement in the UK now to the right and this is why Reform will probably win the next general election.

Nothing wrong with a drop of Stella. Nothing like as strong as it used to be either (the brewed in UK stuff). Only around 4% now.

The wife's pleased though, saves her a fortune in make up.

On a more serious note, I was peeved with the description of the rally again when they referred to them as 'looking like football fan types and probably already on their third can of lager'. So fekkin lazy.

He hates our country and everything it stands for, don’t forget Charlie was defending the scumbag who broke the policewoman’s nose calling it a racist attack when he got booted in the head. He’s a complete twat

He also thinks that people that grow their own food are right wing extremist, the bloke is completely demented.

the 7/9 arrest are my if not all for non violent offences such as alleged support for Palestine Action.

Let's keep this factual.

I know you are a burner account trolling but 100k is an okay turn out but it's not that big for a big London protest. The anti austerity ones got similar if not more and the Tories still won.

They just show there is a 100k people who will go to a march in London, nothing more and nothing less.

Everyone knows there were more than 100k. That was just on Westminster Bridge.

Moretti is my current favourite, but only to have a couple of nice beers watching the tele. If it's a fridge pack for the coach then almost always Stella or Carling. I know Carling gets a bad rep but I've had for so long, it's more habitual. That's also weaker than it used to be, but probably a good thing when I'm having a few more than I should.

No there wasn't, still tell yourself this if it makes you feel better.

Also 100k on Westminster Bridge? How big do you think it is?

Did you attend David?

I got my first apples and pears from my small trees i planted a couple of years back this year. I must admit i did find eating my own pears to be an incredibly based experience, i was definitely more right wing when i came out the other side.

How exactly would you know if there wasn't??

Have you considered that he might live in a high rise flat and is fed up with apples and pears?

Think it used to be 5.6% or 5.8% but my memory isn't what it was. Definitely a different taste to it too, but still decent compared with other mainstream lagers.
I used to buy many cases of the stubby sized bottles of Stella when I used to do shopping trips to Calais a few decades ago. Absolutely wonderful stuff !

Remember Carling Premier? Used to think that was high class back when I was 18 and in the 3 Tuns.

A bit like Caffreys. Creamy lager. Was decent for a while and a bit less gassy. Not all that pleasant, but much better for a session.

We grow our own strawberries and the red colour has definitely made us communist.
