I think they are, they have lost something like 41 goals from last season in Hamer, O'Hare and Brooks
Watching them piss around trying to find space for Jordan Ayew…it brings a tear to the eye.

Why did Sheffield Utd even need Ayew they have two starters and then Campbell and Bamford on the bench.

I think this will be the year that Blackburn finally get what they have deserved for a while.

Weren't we linked with that LB that's just scored in successive games for Wrexham?

They're the turd that refuses to flush, but I think they'll stay up again this season.

Let's be honest, the Venkys are crap owners and only the shitshow at Hillsborough under Chansiri kept this under the radar for a few years by comparison. But whilst they won't invest where they need to in the squad, Mowbray will be enough to keep them up, provided it doesn't impact his health too much.

I don't get the criticism of the Venkys. Blackburn are a small club support wise and they have spent over £200 million to keep it going. They were naive at the start and royally ripped off by the likes of Steve Keane but thet are nothing like Chinsari. They have paid the bills and they have ploughed money in to keep it going when they could have just walked away.

Yes, Blackburn fans are majorly deluded by a period where they were bankrolled by a wealthy benefactor. For the majority of the post war era they've been outside of the top flight, a place where they'd likely to have remained with Walker's money. Their support is shite.

The owners continue to pay wages that are ~120% of turnover.

I think they've actually spent more than £200m, issued £198m in shares and loaned the club £138m

The Hammers remind me of what happened when Newcastle dropped into the championship for a season...They lost their first 2 games (Wham only got 1 point) before going at the league like a train.

What's worrying particularly for us is that they've already scored 20 goals this season, even if they've conceded the most of any side in the fledgling top 8.

Wonder if the Yanks roaring Wrexham on in front of their screens had visions of Sylvester Stallone coming on in goal to stem the tide at halftime, before launching an unbelievable comeback?🤔

Still hey ho, there's 2 auto spots up for grabs and there's still infinitely more chance of us taking any points off them than there was when you were in the league last season instead.

West Ham look a good side but then they should with the players they have & I think they will comfortably win the league. Wrexham were awful though, the 4th & 6th goals were caused by West Ham's RB running unchallenged through Wrexham's non existent midfield. Parkinson has been allowed to buy loads of players but isn't good enough as a manager, I know some will defend him but I think with the amount of money they spent they were always likely to get to the championship.

When you could outspend your rivals to the degree that they could, all that was required was to avoid complete incompetency.

Wrexham spent a lot of money on very ordinary Championship players and Parkinson is being found out, he's not got what it takes to achieve at Championship level, way too one dimensional. For that reason, I hope he stays in the job for some time.

Did they not take until the last game of the season to win the title - pipping West Ham to it!?!...... If I recall correctly!?!

West Ham seem by far the strongest of the sides relegated last season. They're going to win the title at a relative canter ultimately.

Wouldn't mind Wrexham having a little lesson in humility this season. Think it's about time they were knocked down a peg or two.
