I have had the privilege of watching him play for Mallorca regularly and he was really bad. The fans hated him. He went on loan to Feyenoord after an attempt to bomb him out, where, after half a season, the fans somehow hated him even more.

Van Persie is manager and was furious with him because he missed so many chances. He's now dropped down to the the championship, but has barely scored even though Southampton are flying. He was shite against us and missed a few chances as well.

I'm shutting this one down quickly!

The 3 main contenders should be enough to keep the 3 contenders on their toes. They are not that good.

I'm so delighted we don't have to worry about how the others do. Unless you think we will fail at odds close to 500,000/1 taking accumulated odds the season is over. We won't lose against Sheffield Wednesday then lose the other games. Ipswich won't win their next 5 games. They will do enough for 2nd but that's about it.

If it wasn't for the cup I'd say they were in with a shout personally. Certainly got a nice mix of teams around them and those with nothing to play for left in their remaining fixtures. I suspect like Norwich and the playoffs, they've left it a couple of weeks too late to push for autos and the pile up will kill them.

Much as it makes me feel a bit dirty sticking up for them, but they're playing the form team in the division (who have just beaten Arsenal) and haven't lost many this season. The table doesn't lie, they're as good as their position.
