Good result. Hopefully someone pips them and Southampton to 6th
Did anybody see people being interviewed at a Wrexham game about who they would support if they didn't support Wrexham. I think only one said it's only Wrexham, the others all had other teams![]()
I can't remember where it was. It was non Wrexham fans clearly trolling but the Wrexham fans were oblivious. Why would you even ask that question though?
By watching it you're just encouraging the whole load of nonsense.
Same as people listening to those two pillocks doing the commentary and then moaning about it.

The ones that say they hate fawning over Hollywood celebs seem to be obsessed with them so much they can't focus on their own teamThought you were on about on Sky.
I just ignore the whole thing, unless what they're doing involves us or affects us I've no interest.
Norwich?Good result. Hopefully someone pips them and Southampton to 6th

Do you think Americans would've watched a tv show about a non league football club without Reynolds and McElhenney's faces all over it?

On the Wrexham forum there is a section "for new fans", filling them in about the history, etc.
Wonder if Nick will have to create a similar section on SBT if we go up? We might have lots of new fans.
Not really an argument in their favour is it.I don’t like them particularly but it’s been going on in football for a long time. They’re not the first and won’t be the last.

Only if it means they beat Ipswich (in the league, and the play offs), but then lose in the final to Millwall.Fuck Wrexham
Hope Southampton get the final playoff place.
drawWhats everyones preferred result between Ipswich and Millwall Sat?
Draw pleaseWhats everyones preferred result between Ipswich and Millwall Sat?
DrawOnly if it means they beat Ipswich (in the league, and the play offs), but then lose in the final to Millwall.
A win for Millwall first. They're in 4th and level on points with Ipswich and Ipswich have a game in hand. Let the weakest positioned club win each time. And we are 3 wins plus GD of 29 ahead of Millwall. If not then a draw.Whats everyones preferred result between Ipswich and Millwall Sat?
Draw but in the end Millwall to get that 2nd spotWhats everyones preferred result between Ipswich and Millwall Sat?
Draw no question, as well as the Boro-Millwall and Ipswich-Boro games.Whats everyones preferred result between Ipswich and Millwall Sat?
You said Wrexham genuinely grew their revenues. How is their growth any more genuine than an owner just pumping in money? No I do not. You’re so close to grasping the very basic point I’m making. Keep going kiddo you’ll get there.
Because like it or not the revenue comes voluntarily from third partiesYou said Wrexham genuinely grew their revenues. How is their growth any more genuine than an owner just pumping in money?

Again, it’s not Wrexham doing it is it though. They could’ve picked basically any club and done the same. There is nothing about Wrexham itself that has driven that growth, as you say it’s just a vehicle for the owners to grow their brand.Because it's organic growth.
Reynolds and McElhenney have leveraged their own personal brands and connections to develop Wrexham into a very advertisable entity.
Over half (52.1%) of its £26.7m revenue (year ending June 2024) originates from outside Europe, with most of that coming from North America.
Global brands want to get involved with Wrexham because it provides huge exposure to a growing audience.
That's vastly different from owners such as Marinakis just chucking organised crime money in.
