Agreed and I hope he does (post European adventure with us). He’s also very good with the media which is a key part of that job.

Being arguably one of our best England midfielders, ie got the t-shirt helps

But we know that doesn't guarantee anything in football.

Lampard is by far the most intelligent and articulate manager we’ve ever had. I genuinely think he’ll go on to be England manager one day.

Not any time soon, i hope.

Nah, I was too tired to smash anything tbh. Long day at work followed by hospital visits, meant I only caught the last half hour of the match, which didn't improve the day any!

It's a Typical Boro moment all over, we struggle against the low block anyway, but we're regretting not breaking the bank and throwing 12M plus on a ready made striker, probably from overseas.

Armstrong wasn't the answer though, goes missing for large chunks of the season.

TBH, I think you'll be fine. You are more than capable to getting autos. We all have our blips and our meltdowns, it is why we all love the Championship so much. Ideal outcome for me would be Us, Boro and Millwall in the Prem.

Taking it right after the WC would be a poisoned chalice anyway I think, with Harry Kane retiring and the team looking more like one in transition.

You'll beat Bristol. Them and Preston have decided that their seasons are over and have both gone on holiday. Both seem to have dropped off a cliff.

Unfortunate thing to happen on holiday.

A pre-season friendly tournament and the Euro equivalent of the JPT with a billion quid squad?

What a genius.

The lad couldn't buy himself a clue.

Spent yesterday telling us PME wouldn't be awful when they were the worst team to play us in years.

Wilder is a good tactician and manager for the Blades usually (but fairly shit everywhere else) but he has a habit of throwing others under the bus to deflect blame from himself which can be his undoing.

Nowadays he has one way of playing. Many of the fans have had enough

Last season, with a few starting before losing the playoff final, there were plenty of their fans saying he was done and needed to go. That worked out well for them.
