Feels like advantage Ipswich at the moment due to them having both of the other two left to play at home. If Millwall are to do it they’ll have to do it the hard way and it would be very impressive.

Wilder up to his boring tactics tricks again last night. Strange team selection to start with , go one up via their only shot and then attempt to defend for the rest of the game. Some odd subs , eventually lose and then blame everyone except himself . Their forum is hilarious . Deserves to be sacked .
Wilder is a good tactician and manager for the Blades usually (but fairly shit everywhere else) but he has a habit of throwing others under the bus to deflect blame from himself which can be his undoing.

There would be nerves for Ipswich and Boro against them, while they as a team look well drilled and have a strong cohesion. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Millwall get results at both.

Agree, Millwall have a feel of a team who think they have nothing to lose, whereas Boro and certainly Ipswich will be way more twitchy about fucking it.

They've won 5 out of 6 themselves, bang in form and should easily see off Blackburn next. I feel like it'll take them going into second place for people to start taking them seriously.

Didnt realise it would only be 1 point on both if Ipswich win their game in hand
It's an 'IF' but one that we have to think of as likely. For all their slight stutters lately, same as us, Ipswich are a decent side.

But yeah, there would just be a point in it between us and those two, so tight as a nun's chuff. We've been reigning Ipswich's GD gradually in up until last night, so that could be tight as well. The GD between us and Millwall may end up being our saving grace in the final reckoning, though it's going to knock the living shit out of my heart!😬

Even if we somehow manage to go up, why do we never do things the easy way?🤣 Think the last time we did was before I was born, in the 73/74 season when Jack Charlton had us finish 15 points clear of 2nd to go up to the top flight (bearing mind it was only 2 points for a win then, converted to 3 points for a game, we'd have finished 23 points clear of Luton in 2nd!) It's been over half a century, surely we're due one of those stroll of a seasons before too long!🤣

I know it's not the Championship, but....

A Barcelona fan ended up attending an Exeter City match after appearing to mix up their St James Park stadium with Newcastle United’s home ground, St James’ Park.

The unnamed Spanish supporter is said to have travelled from London to Devon with a ticket for his team’s Champions League last-16 first leg at Newcastle – 304 miles away.

Instead of turning him away at the turnstiles, staff took pity on him and he was soon in the stands watching Exeter’s 1-0 League One defeat by Lincoln City.#

Brilliant stuff!

Host says 'in our bad run of form, we got 12 points from 9 games...If we replicate that now, we will get 89 points'.
Repeating our worst run of form this season gets us 89 points, and probably the title - Insane 🤯

How did he not realise that Exeter and Newcastle aren't the same?

They are awful. I sent my down in the dumps Leicester supporting mate (apologies to fellow City fans) that they would comfortably beat Bristol City, whose defence is injury ravaged, and they look totally deflated at the moment. You'll beat them by a minimum of 2 goals.

Actually I can see Blackburn giving them problems..

Same

We can't write anyone off. Teams at their bottom are fighting for their lives and they WILL win games where they are not expected to win..

Happens season in, season out..

Millwall, I'm sure would rather be playing someone other than Blackburn.

Would not be in the least surprised if they get something out of the Millwall game.

For me, the only one that's pretty certain this weekend is Ipswich vs Sheff Weds. Not guaranteed of course, but they should despatch them okay.

Those promotion triangle of death games between Boro-Ipswich-Millwall will be nerve wracking for all involved, so glad we’ve pulled ourselves clear and given ourselves lots of breathing room.

Still can’t predict who’ll be up there with us, all are capable of going on runs, but also as capable of flapping when the pressure is on.

I know someone who is a driver and he took someone from a very famous family to Stamford Bridge. Unfortunately he took them to Stamford bridge near York and him being too stupid and them being too privileged to realise meant that they didn't see the football match that night.

"If you don't score, you don't win" - such words of wisdom from the PL's next tactical genius.
You said same about Enzo and he went on to win the club world cup and conference league with Chelsea

You said same about Kompany and he won the bundelsiga

Are you trying to jinx cov here??????

Then we're in serious trouble then.

Have you seen our record against the Robins?.Fully expecting Riis to enjoy one of his two brilliant games of the season? If we ever left this league I reckon Bristol would get rid.🤣
You'll beat Bristol. Them and Preston have decided that their seasons are over and have both gone on holiday. Both seem to have dropped off a cliff.

I'm not so sure - their April is honking. Has shades of Rotherham in the COVID championship season. They've got lots of games thick and fast with no break until the end of the season. They have Portsmouth away sandwiched inbetwetween their 2 biggest games - Norwich and Middlesbrough
