He certainly could have had more help in January.
But we hit a slump in away form last season and it wasn't addressed, and now it's happening again. It didn't really make a difference last year, but it is this time around.

I think it depends on the play offs too. If we go into them without even putting up a whimper then it's shocking.My reasoning is we should at least end up in the play offs this season.
That would be 2 seasons on the trot. Realistically, if we don't get autos this year then we're looking at challenging for the play offs going forward
