If you have an outstanding payment from SW could you refuse to give them tickets for away games because you have reasonable belief that you won't be paid? Similarly if you're owed money could you receive tickets and then refuse to give SW any money for them to offset the money they owe you?

I'd imagine that Hull have tried to lump payment of that fee in with a proposed transfer fee (with or without Villa's consent), the deal has fallen apart and Villa has reported them.
