I don't think that'll happen...they'll be going into administration, not out of existence.

They'll likely get -12 points deduction taking them to -6 so 15 points off safety and therefore likely relegation.

We're not in a position yet where they'll need to take points away from teams they've played.

Pretty sure the other interested party when we went into admin, Preston Haskell ended up having his assets frozen and serving jail time

He didn't screw us over. The main creditor(s) were SISU, they were therefore in control in reality. I'm not sure what you wanted the result of the adminstration to be?

Counter intuitive I know but probably the best thing that could happen given the situation. Draw a line underneath it and rebuild like we did. Always a shame though whenever a team goes into Admin.

So regardless of a new owner of the football club or not they are still at his mercy and he could evict them tomorrow if he wanted to

I would think Blues will be looking for a lot of support financially from Birmingham city council so best of luck with that as those fuckers can’t sort out the bins.

It's what American owners expect. Local/state government stump up the cash for their nice sparkly new stadium or they say they're going to move the team to another location that will pay for it.

Not sure they understand that's not how it works here. In America providing a social security net and healthcare is less of a priority than making sure you've got a major league sports team.
