Southampton haven’t let them settle and start to kill the game as they do, saints really are going for a late run

I see Preston had just one shot all night.

That's them blown it now too.

Just need Bristol to do Norwich and Watford to do Hull at the weekend and it’s still not settled! ( blind optimism)

For me the play offs were only a distant hope this season. I was more worried about a massive hangover from the shoot out, and total rebuild.
to be in a semifinal and a very slim hope of top six at this stage of the season, I think is a success.
Of course there has been some disappointing results, but there have been some encouraging results and performances throughout the season.

And the glimpse that we can be a good side and have a platform to build upon.

Easy away jaunt though, and they'll bring more than Rotherham, so a few extra £££s for us. Every little helps.

Never seen a fanbase rock up to a game with us with a bigger chip on their shoulder than Derby the other season, tossers

It’s like people saying that at least Morrisons was available for shopping deliveries during the pandemic

Not sure it is; why is having Derby in the Championship akin to having a pandemic?

No problem with Derby in fairness, played them hundreds of times over the years without incident. Always have the fond memories of them participating in the 6-2 last Highfield Road game

Not that it’s entirely relevant now, but Steve Evans gone back to Rotherham. Seemed to have a good thing going at Stevenage. Seems daft. Suppose they’re waving a bonus at him.

I mean it could help send blues down if they have a new manager bounce.

Rotherham has a far bigger selection of kebab/curry/SFC places for him

Perfect timing, Blues have Huddersfield away after Rotherham.

Yep - for all their celebrating last week after beating us last week their job didn’t actually change

they still need to beat Rotherham and not lose to Hudds

WBA should be a couple up v Leicester. Great block on the line for one of them.

1-0 Leicester after Johnstone has missed 3 decent chances for WBA, they've done pretty much nothing until that

They’re so jammy that they’ll probably go up still. Hopefully they won’t be able to afford to sack Maresca.

Playoffs would be well on if only we’d got results from Birmingham and Cardiff.

Hopefully with a settled and improved squad next season we will stay the course. That said I can think of a few other clubs who’ll think the same.

Right. Except us beating Cardiff at home was slightly more plausible than her growing a set of balls.
