What do you expect, it's a fans forum where people voice opinions, if you want facts maybe you should go to the BBC ..........

How can I be both binary and cover all bases? Make your mind up.

I'll repeat then.

Have we under valued or over valued O'Hare? Simple question.

Isn't that what we already knew?

I'm getting more confident that it will be on. I'm hearing a lot of people working on it for last 24 hours and looking better. Just from someone who works there, but they're not itk - just what they can see. Hopefully it makes a difference.

I’m expecting it to be off, or more hoping tbf. Unless they’ve worked an absolute Christmas miracle on it.

If it goes ahead and we lose Sheaf, or whoever, to a busted ACL because of a poorly looked after pitch then we’ll be angry that it went ahead. Ain’t worth it. Hoping the club are looking into some real provisions.

“We’ve played on worse” is a frankly ridiculous way of looking at it.

It really isn't, it's a perfectly reasonable statement. There has to be consistency and parameters - there will be efl pitches in January probably far worse than this where games will be played.

To call off because we don't fancy it would be taking the piss quite frankly.

Of course, if a qualified ref deems it to be genuinely dangerous then fair enough, but I can't see how that can possibly be the case,

In the event of CBS fixtures being postponed I very much doubt your daft rental car analogy will wash with the FL.
They would quite rightly hold the club owners responsible for providing a playable surface for home games.

But thats not what you said with your rediculous comment about this falls directly on our owners. just be honest pal you dont like the club. You just want to have a pop at the owners. get back to the wasps board with your mates

If Gyokeres gets his boot stuck in a pothole and does his ACL you’d look a bit silly. This is why the pitch is considered dangerous

Pot holes? We're all getting a bit hysterical. The pitch will be far better today than it was when the last few 7s games were played, and nobody suggested it was unsafe at that point - nobody got an injury because of the pitch that I am aware of.

Pitch will have been levelled, sand piled onto it, drenched and softened.

But, if there are still pot holes, or the surface is so unstable they can easily be created, the game will be off and that will be fair enough.

so there is a crossroads for the club
Sisu see it as an opportunity to get out, and dont want to invest further
They are actively looking to sell an asset, which they will not reduce in value (certainly in the near term) whilst they look for the buyer

So we are not going to go bust, but dont expect Sisu to be here in 12 months

Unless you set foot on the pitch yourself you can't really make a judgment. From images you could argue it's playable but there's probably more to it then meets the eye re stability

This is the worry. Pitch could be perfectly fine, but as someone has declared publicly it is unsafe, who wants to be the one to reverse that and risk being blamed?

Same as the weird obsession by saying “we over value our players” and then when we sell someone “we’re terrible at business we just give players away”, it’s the same arrogant nauseating take every time. Don’t take a stance but just blame who you want to blame, belongs in politics.

If anyone wants any more speculation I find it impossible to believe someone in the club was not aware of this before yesterday

Unless robins is planning for a job in Hollywood it’s clear he didn’t but it’s inconceivable the club did not ask about the pitch and the plans after the concert and prior to the rugby sevens - why not?

One could of course consider it’s possible there was a sale of a player lined up to go. Then there was the Times article - said nothing really but was an article that clearly was aimed at bond distress. Fine but clearly it was

Now the game suddenly could be off. There’s no question that there will be penalty clauses. A rent strike is be amazed is not now in place

Sisu don’t change and honestly if I was her I’d want the same. It’s distress and bloodlust and revenge.

Whoever is collateral damage so be it

There some real speculation but I will never believe no one at the club knew this until yesterday
