Hmm, what a surprise he has ended up in the media again.

Apparently we all get 'giddy on the motorway when we see someone famous.'

I reckon if Carragher hadn't have spat, this guy would have probably gripped the wheel with his knees while he shifted through his glove compartment looking for his autograph book.

Don't know why the police just had a word only. He should rightly have been fined for using his phone while driving and even more so for being on the motorway at those kinds of speeds.
