We have moved on now and no longer have a place for an individual like him
I mean, we do! Take your emotions out of it and look at it logically. We 100% could use someone like COH in our squad! Granted, he'd only be benched behind Rudi. But look at now with Rudi with a long injury. He'd be a great replacement. Also great for a different option off the bench if Torp or Rudi arent quite as effective as they can be. Id have him back in a heartbeat!

Dont be so sentimental. We have hardly struggled without Rudi and definitely not without COH

Im not being sentimental in the slightest. The day he left us in the manner he did, he died to me! Im looking at it with zero sentiment AT ALL!
We've not struggled without Rudi no, but even before his injury, Rudi has looked half the player this season to what finished last. QPR game aside, Rudi has been very quiet this season. And a player of COH quality to come on at 60 mins and replace him, or cover whilst he's injured, or challenge him at Ryton for his shirt, isnt a bad thing! Look just how much Kitch and Thomas have improved since the threat of losing their shirt has been introduced?

As it stands, we've got 2 class players on the bench in KKH and Woolf. Then 4 or 5 capable championship players in the likes of Allen, Eccles, Lati, Wilson, etc. When what we really need is players that could easily be starting for other teams, willing to fight for their place for us! CoH is exactly that!

Personally I'd love to see Sheff Utd crash and burn... we can then cheekily bid for Hamer and O'Hare in January
I agree with the first part of this statement , O'Hare wouldn't cut it in the premier league and Hamer as good was has fitness issues but would love to see him back at some point

Nah not for me, did you see the scruffy twat celebrating like he’d won the FA Cup with his goal? He fits in well with my take on Sheffield Utd, scummy fuggers with a psycho manager.

I thought he signed a four year deal with blunts last year? I refuse to believe a player with 3 years left on his contract says stuff like is quoted in the article. Must be bollocks.

We are so fucked once these AI websites start churning out genuinely believable copy.

Russian troll farms for all!

I can't see how he could possibly have said this and then run out at Bramall Lane again, it would be professional suicide.
I don't believe a word of it.

Agree, but I hope it finds its way to their fan site just to stir it up a little (if any of you have accounts there ;) )

Came from Villa tried to leave and we would have got a decent fee from Burnley (£7m reported). Did his ACL and we supported him throughout rehabilitation, then he left on a free to a team in the same league for a few extra quid.

Do I blame him? No, absolutely not as a non-fan I'd do the same.

Should we still hold a torch and be all nice to him? Fek no, he's an ex-player, speaks like a twat, a DVB and plays for a rival. We've moved on too, Rudi is better.

I actually think we've moved beyond him as a club. He's not good enough to break into our current 11, wouldn't be good enough to play a supporting role in the prem. He's the ultimate short term fix to a problem we don't have. He's moved on, some fans need to do the same and realise we're actually now better off without him.

You wouldn't sign Hamer, if the opportunity presented itself? Thats a mental take!

Why? No clubs have been interested in him. He is on a downward trajectory.
