I forgot he has got 10 goals this season and does nothing in the middle of the park.
I would say have a word with yourself if you think he is performing to an acceptable level. He is the weak link and I assume you're a smart man so you will agree with this.
He's a young lad out of form and could probably do with a rest, most of the young lads who are in their first season are running on empty after seeing the dream of the play offs disappear. What are we going to do though the last time I checked with haven't exactly got a huge talent pool to pick from, discarding him as useless is just wrong he'll come good just needs the end of the season to hurry up.
As for having enough games to be considered a man now I don't agree, this is his first full season and he had an injury in the middle of it. When you've got as many young lads as ours in the team stupid mistakes will happen, if they are still happening next season then I may agree with you.
