Lampard needs backing by King this window. Either perms or loans it doesn't matter

If he doesn't then we can expect Play Offs at best, the squad doesn't have the strength or depth

Yup.

I am not panicking yet. I could just see that we would possibly struggle today and against Charlton too.

Just needs some fresh blood injected and we should be fine.

Exactly, Only worry was that was us nearly full strength, still torp and Asante are are a huge loss need them both back, and quick

Defensively shambolic today, our midfield was woeful. Simms and Ephron did alright but unless we bring in 2 or 3players this window we will continue to slide down the table.

Our players aren't robots you can see how fucking exhausted mentally and physically they are. Bringing on Andrews just goes to show how bad it is depth wise.

Our lads need some fucking help Doug.

We haven't bottled it, just don't have an automatic promotion winning squad. What we do have has excelled but can't maintain it for 46 games. We won't finish top 2, lets concentrate on getting over the play offs given line as soon as possible
At this point in the aim has to be autos be I agree with the rest.

This team looks low on confidence, shattered, not using their brains anymore and sub standard.

We won’t finish in the autos come the end of the season. Everyone else is coming good and we’re fucking up. The mentality isn’t there to be winners.

Team needs help asap to have a chance now.

All on our fantastic owner leaving us short in the window, blinded us by purchasing the Ricoh. He’s got 2 weeks now before lesta to save this season, prove us wrong Doug go and spend some serious money and get us over the line

We are still first with a three points clear gap.
We are still first with a one point clear gap.
We are still second.
We are still in the playoffs.

It seems we are currently going in this direction. Something needs to change at present.
Agreed but we haven’t bottled it yet.

We’ve come to the end of a shite schedule. Frank will get backed and the lads will have a rest before our next league game.

Can see the issue, to bring fresh legs on we have to change formation, once saka went off we were done, having to push rudoni out wide again,

I've written a few times in the match thread about how awful the atmosphere in the away end was, utter silence after both times they took the lead. You can tell that every single person in the away end is thinking what nobody wants to say out loud

It’s not bottling it, it’s the squad size getting found out, 1 forward on the bench when that game was there for the taking, if we put another winger on when saka went off we get something, that squads got us as far as it can, needs some help.. simple as that,
Don’t believe that help will come unfortunately

rak sakyi etc we need better and need some actual investment

Woolfenden has a chance now to step up and show he can be a starter. Difficulty when we were flying but now he has a chance.
Hopefully Kelser-Hayden isn't out too long as Van Ewijk needs a rest.

That's on us today. Recovered twice from gifting them the lead but failed to pile on the pressure when needed to get past a bang average side. The spark that was Asante causing havoc for defences is the big miss as we took advantage of that situation time and again. Yes we need a couple of faces that compliment our side not disrupt it. I don't think we have had the same 11 since Asante's injury and it's telli that that previous 11 had a way about them. Simms and Eccles took really good goals and that should have been enough to go and win but we shot ourselves in the foot at the back. Rushy had a bad day by his standards. Should not have been beaten at his near post like that.
We will be fine, there's more to come from this team. It's inevitable from what I see, we will pick it up again.
