Cardiff Devils on Boxing Day or Nottingham Panthers on Saturday 29th (7pm so doesn't clash our home game at the Ricoh) are probably your best bets.
cheers, will take a look at my schedule. would like to see us win one easily tbh rather than 2 big teams lol

Bizarrely enough a few people I know are potentially planning on going to the Nottingham game on the 29th, quite tempted. Can you still go from the arena into Crosby’s and back with drinks?

3 games to go and Blaze are in 8th, top 8 qualify for the play offs. Less impressive than it sounds as there's only 11 teams and one of them, bottom club Milton Keynes, don't really count as they are so far behind and can barely put a team out - they are dropping out the league next season.

Belfast are tonight's opponents and are 2nd, a win puts them 2 point behind the team in top, Cardiff, with both having 2 games left to play.

Cardiff are here on Sunday in what will be both teams final league game of the season.

I went last night and we were truly awful for 30 mins. It wasn't until we were 5-0 down that we started to play.

Doubt we will make the playoffs and even if we do it could be painful.

Amazing atmosphere last night. Its been a pretty poor season but stopping your biggest rival winning the league in the last regular season game was a good way to end.

Annoyingly that means we're at home next Sunday, if Cardiff had won the league our home play off game would have been the Saturday. With city at home on the Sunday as well thanks to Wasps that's 15 minutes to get from the Ricoh to the SkyDome.

Huge game for Team GB coming up in a few minutes on Freesports. They're in the top tier of the IIHF World Championships for the first time in 25 years and a couple of Blaze players are in the squad. Tonight they go up against Canada and in all honesty they'll be doing well to stop Canada reaching double figures. Their side is full of players making millions a year in the NHL.

If GB can get one or two points in the tournament and avoid relegation it will be a massive achievement.

Decent documentary about how they got to the top tier is worth a watch on youtube.

Incredible stuff. GB win their final game in overtime to avoid relegation and send France down. The first time in history GB have played in the top division and not been relegated.
