A local non league club have been doing a fan park recently, possibly Chorley?
Indeed they have and they've laid this on us...At least we're getting some kind of trophy guaranteed this year!🤣

With regard to how our points brackets work, a previous OP was right about cumulative totals. We need that system tbh as we always tend to travel in numbers, even for a club with a location that has one of the longest average journey times to away fixtures (all quickest routes to even the closest championship teams are over 100 miles and looking around a 2 hour journey, basically Hull & the 2 Sheffields)

The Blackburn game is always a good atmosphere (when it goes ahead) as they have such a large away allocation.😃

This is where I sympathise more than other parts of saying points system isn't fair, as you cant buy your own because the kids then need to be bought with an adult ticket, so you might miss out or if you buy one and it reached their points bracket, they still dont get tge opportunity to build their points and the problem gets worse and the gap wider.
Just thinking out loud, but wonder if there might be an option where you can 'average out' the points of those buying tickets?

For example, say a parent had 1800 points and they had two kids who had 1500, they could buy tickets for them all together at the 1600 bracket.

Like that idea.

How can you be awarded that title, when we haven't been there yet? 😆

Is that from 1997 when you failed to turn up at Ewood Park meaning a 2 point deduction sending you down and keeping us up !😉

I heard that Blackburn are going to restrict it to 2000. That'll put a dampener on things for some.
No chance - they will sell as many as they can - they need the revenue - they always give us a big allocation so can’t see that changing.

10k to Blackburn is on
With apologies to the late Mr Lennon:

I read the news today oh boy
Ten thousand Cov in Blackburn Lancashire
And though the ground was rather small
They couldn't count them all
Everyone went on the pitch
When Jay Dasilva scored a goal
Madders was hugging Son

What counts as a big points total? Reckon 1170 would be enough?👀

Yeah I reckon with 7000+ available, this could potential go down to the lower 100s. It'll be a hot ticket but that is a lot of tickets.

Middlesboro just sold theirs out and it just crept into general sale, I'd imagine we will have a similar pattern.

As long as it's sometime on the Saturday and not moved to a Friday or Monday night
With the Ipswich/Boro game that weekend with permutations it would be nice playing after that. Nothing else jumps out that GW - no derbies or anything so potentially us and that game are the Friday/Monday?

EDIT; there’s midweek games after this, so there won’t be a Monday game. Saturday night/Sunday?

Sky have announced 2 PL games on both the Saturday and the Sunday. Both in the afternoon.

I really hope it stays as 3pm, but a lunchtime KO on Saturday maybe an option for them.

Ipswich v Boro the same weekend. That will be on Sky ahead of our game. Sky have already picked PL early and late kick offs on Saturday & Sunday and also a Monday night game. Which only leaves Friday night free unless they do a 12pm Sunday as well.
Do TNT not have the lunchtime Saturday games in the Premier League? Normally at least 2 or 3 lunchtime kick offs on Saturday in the Championship. Be stunned if we're not on somewhere that weekend.

Reckon we’ll be 12.30 Saturday. As usually 3 or 4 championship games kick off early mow

They’re just wankers SKY really aren’t they. I hate their interference. Their financial input just pays the players more, it doesn’t make them any better.

I think our overseas players are somewhat better than they were in the championship. I think Haji Wright is slightly better than Ellery Cairo for example
