There was a few games a couple of seasons ago when they were closer to singers corner but mostly they have been where they are now ever since the ground openedAway fans haven’t been moved

2nd half was brilliant but we def need to do something next season, maybe it’s just been down to the pressure every game ?dont get it, top of the league own the ground and flying but that was awful today, it’s getting worse, I know it’s probably a bit nervous being in this position but we need to get behind them, something needs to change

Not really sure how anyone can moan about that atmosphere yesterday
Not moaning, maybe just expecting too much, pretty sure Sunday will be brilliantNot really sure how anyone can moan about that atmosphere yesterday
They were very good last night, fair play to them.Pompey fans are giving it a go
People always need to find something to moan about sadly. Not really sure how anyone can moan about that atmosphere yesterday
They usually are, tbf. They were very good last night, fair play to them.
The atmosphere did feel weird in the first half but I agree it was amazing in the second half. The PUSB after the third goal was biblical, the loudest I've ever heard it in my life.
I've got to say that I find the repertoire of songs pretty repetitive. Why exactly did we need a second song about EMC? Why did we sing it in response to other players doing things??
Same. Not ideal considering I speak for a livingI can hardly speak this morning.![]()

I was a bit confused by that but seemed to really take off and he did have a great game. The atmosphere did feel weird in the first half but I agree it was amazing in the second half. The PUSB after the third goal was biblical, the loudest I've ever heard it in my life.

I thought the Portsmouth fans were good and stuck by their team. I am glad they stayed up. They have the basis of a good team if they can avoid injuries. They might be a dark horse for the play offs next year with a couple of additions.
The thing is with Portsmouth fans is that they are the English version of the 'constant noise' you get on the continent. 50 lads at the back just singing the same song for 15 minutes at a time. They do it at home too. It's not for me but live and let live.
On the pitch I thought they looked useless, great finish by ya man for their goal but they didn't create any real chances, didn't have us under the kosh or sustain pressure. I like the little lay offs they did a few times.
I am glad Portsmouth stayed up as they are a 'proper' club and passionate fans. However based on their performance last night they were one of the weakest teams Ive seen this season.OK , Coventry City were on top form and they struggled to cope with us.They had a lot out and lost two more decent players at the weekend. They played well against Boro and outplayed Ipswich which we couldn't do. Earlier in the season they looked a decent home side.
The second goal killed them last night and the third buried them. But they are a better team than what was on show last night.

I will always be greatful to them for getting those results against Middlesboro and Ipswich that made our promotion and title win a lot easier.

I don’t disagree about their performance last night and yes we could of had a couple more.I watched the game vs Leicester and it was honestly such a shit game of football, I don't doubt they are better than what we saw last night, but last night they were indeed awful. It could've been 6 or 7
Spent force today.Oh yay, really?
Yes winning the toss no doubt played it's part, love it when it pans out that way.First half was subdued admittedly, but 2nd half was as good as it has been (Always the way when we shoot that end of the ground 2nd half)
