Left wing media!? Daily Mail and the The Sun best selling papers, oh, I guess they are more revolutionary, spouting 'communist' propaganda than 'Militant'.

There are no mainstream, 'left wing' newspapers

I take it you lean slightly to the right :jerkit:

Where did i mention papers? Media is not just papers. BBC are biased towards to left it its cringe-worthy but like your sweeping statements regarding UKIP and Labour council saying someone cant foster a child because they support UKIP. Freedom of speech gone mad to the left wing saying either agree with us or your a racist.

No it's not, it's a liberal thing, not a 'loony left' thing. Idiot. I'm going to guess that you think Ed Miliband is a commie etc.

The BBC is a great institution, it exposes wings in society, letting shows like 'The Revolution Will Be Televised' be televised, that was very important and I hope it got mainstream, because it was hilarious, as well as showing some ills of society, Chanell 4 also do shows exposing more ills of society, e.g. They did a show last night on insurers caring for profit over quality of repairs etc. (quite obvious ut oh well). All part of a Commnist plot to overthrow capitalism!

I'm sorry, the media is pro monarchy, so how can you say it's 'left leaning', at best it's liberal. (BBC is slightly more left leaning, granted, but that's a good thing.)

On the Labour council thing, that was bad, I posted on the thread.

Btw, you make yourself look like an idiot, the sort who watches 'Fox News', when saying Left Wing this, left wing that! ointlaugh:

Why is it bad having the BBC lean leftwards? You have political bias on 'Sky News', Channel 4, ITV etc. that's called 'freedom of choice'.

There are some that clearly need to understand what racism actually means:
It always involves prejudicial behaviour from the majority and those that hold sway within any given society against those that are perceived to be a minority within that same society.
There are some planks on here who cannot, who will not, understand this. It is simple, clear and, in a civilised society like this, not open to 'interpretation' and ignorance is no excuse.
This is an immutable fact and enshrined in law and if you don't like it.....tough, you can always emigrate.

I agree that at times the bbc presents things in a left leaning way....however, the fella before was right, people of you political persuasion always roll out this line about the media....bbc, andrew neil, front of the daily politics, heavily involved in the spectator, right leaning magazine...specky chief political editor of the bbc, former chairmen of conservative youth party. The mail, the telegraph, the sun...all right wing. Genuine question; why do you find it easy to say all media is left wing?

Have you not seen their policies? Euro specifics, as well as racists, they want to leave the EU to restrict the chances of 'freedom of movement' to all Europeans. There's other ways to reduce emigration which isn't restricting people's of a nation e.g. Poland. Also, a poll was conducted, 60% of UKIP voters are more concerned with immigration that leaving the EU. You're one of those people who are easy to divide and rule.

It's the same as some of the Black community address one another to the 'n' word, but if someone was to call them that word, they'd get ready for a fight, I don't agree with with double, but it happens. Also, I don't thing Spurs fans using 'yid' is said in an offensive way, whereas the CCFC fan may have used it in an offensive way.

Its not at all racist to be concerned about mass immigration.

In fact, nowadays it's difficult to try and read a paper that isn't overtly right wing. I used to read the Morning Star years ago. The Indy now for me.

Nothing now, used to read the Morning Star myself, and used to sell The Next Step, the Revolutionary Communist Party newspaper on the streets in Leamington when i was young(Something I didn't bring up when I joined the RAF a couple of years later strangely enough!).

Indy is too bland, Guardian too up itself, and the Mirror a very pale shadow of it's former self.

Quite like The Times though.

And the Torygraph, Express, Sun,and Star, the Times is right-leaning(though not foaming at the mouth about it like others), the Indy is just, well, "meh", the Guardian left-leaning, but in a namby-pamby, middle-class kids way.

Think that's most of them covered.

Used to like Today years ago.

As KG rightly pointed out I was far from excusing him just saying that it surprises me that said laid is the one that will be up in court on these charges.

I think if the majority on here who have read this thread and commented on it actually met him they would also be surprised. He certainly is not some far right racist thug and, like elephanttears, I too am intrigued as to actually what he has said.

I think what with the toilet smashing incident and these racism charges our season ticket holders should be looked at and are clearly not the super supporters some on here will have you believe.

Did anyone watch Question Time when Peter Hitchens starred? He's an editor for the Daily Mail, the guy is fecking idiot, has no clue, and is completely out of touch with the large sections of the population! It's people like him that edit in the Mail and The Sun! Idiots, bigots, no clue!

His brother Christopher is more intelligent and understands ordinary people better than his brother, shame he passed away from cancer in 2011.

I agree with Christopher, I didn't wish cancer on Peter, if that's how it read, I didn't mean it like that, I just meant why Chris, not Peter. I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone.

My tolerance to racism is nill ,and it still is present in the workplace and occassionally on the terraces, worst of all the current hyper-sensative media focus has largely been fuelled by two high profile in match events which were handled terribly .
I would prefer to hear the full story here before I hang the guy out to dry. If it were to an Individual in the crowd or player then there is no defence ,If aimed at a steward or member of staff out of frustration of the treatment or attitude meated out at WHL by Stewards ETC, while absolutely wrong, potentially mittigated .I had major frustration on Saturday with some elelments of their operation and attitude to resolving seating issues and while remaining civil to their face could have ended up arrested for my venting under the stand.

No, I weren't alive when she was PM, so I wouldn't have a particular vendetta against her.

I was misunderstood, I was just saying I prefer Chris over Peter, quite a lot of people say 'why couldn't it be someone else' when someone they like dies.

Also, say what you like, but wasn't there a right-wing slogan saying 'better dead than red'.

There is no place for racism anywhere. Its absolutely disgraceful and an embarassment to still be using terms of racism, people who use it dont even know the history off racism or where it came from and if they did they would be ashamed to have the colour of the skin they live in.

KICKITOUT

You're right, as a white man I should be ashamed of my skin. I would also just like to apologise to every non-white person reading this on behalf of my race; we are sorry for being so evil. Obviously every white person should be held fully responsible for the slave trade (it's not like Africans caught and sold their own to the traders and it isn't like there hasn't been a white slave trade)

Why is it every thread about Racism on here turns into how I should be ashamed to be what I am?

As for the bloke at Spurs, if for instance Snoop Dogg spends half his life calling himself and his friends "nigger", I see no problem in me doing the same. Same with the word "Yid" and Tottenham. Also could anybody please explain to me why calling someone a black c**t is so much worse than calling someone a French c**t, both are just insulting someone with the word c**t and mentioning their race.
