I don’t mind you or villa I don’t mind you having billionaire owners what I do mind is who your owners are. There may come a day where 75% of the premier league clubs are owned by Americans and they come from a country which does not understand promotion/relegation. Perhaps they will use rugby as an example no promotion for next 3 years unless they somehow find an excuse to let Worcester up. Also your owners have already said they want a franchise rugby club there words not mine. The Rugby Union are already destroying rugby in this country and I feel we are sleepwalking into destroying football below the premier league. We all love the old grounds don’t we? I used to love the old Highfield Road which was one of my first away trips in the early 70s. Yes I’m that old!
The new stadium is needed if the club want to progress. St Andrews, although in the best state it’s ever been is in a horrible area now whereas the new one will be nearer the city centre and in the middle of a modern sports quarter. Knighthead are literally developing a modern state of the art addition to the city centre similar to resorts world by the NEC. It will benefit the city as a whole and create tons of jobs and opportunities.
The design of any ground is always subjective. It’s different which is good but the chimneys take some getting used to but new ideas always do. The fact that our rivals will be able to see it from their ground amuses me. The 62,000 capacity is aimed at other events but we can and will get bigger crowds. We can all remember going to the likes of West Ham, Spurs and Newcastle when they had sub 20,000 gate.
I welcome it and after a sad list of chancer owners the current ones are the type we used to dream about. Genuine and loaded
i suppose i can support the "birmingham blue socks" for an hour and a half.Morning all
We’re inconsistent away as Millwall showed (beat em 4-0 at home) but pretty solid at home. Hoping we can do you lads a favour this evening.
I take it we can rely on your support
Sticks in my crawl wanting them scabby bastards to win
It's like wanting Lesser or them claret and blue wankers , just can't bring myself to do it
Nurse nurse !!!
Oh God, my fucking eyes are bleeding seeing this shite
I would rather Middlesborough go up than Ipswich so hope that they get a draw just to keep them that bit further ahead of them but far enough behind us.
Why is our football like a flower of some sort - and yet Blues footballs on their badge are fine!! pppffffffOh God, my fucking eyes are bleeding seeing this shite
It's fuckin hideousWhy is our football like a flower of some sort - and yet Blues footballs on their badge are fine!! pppffffff

Blues win and Ipshite/Hull draw this week please ..
So is Fry, who I'd have preferred to see start against you in place of Ayling (who is better for playing the likes of Oxford, though he didn't) as well as Malanda too, so 3 CBs?In spirit I'll be having a pre match pint in the Roost, just seen Ayling is playing, get at him and all will be well
Hull all the way. They're a fair bit behind us and with a hard run of games. Whoever is playing Middlesbrough or Ipswich will have my supportBlues fan today
Port Vale fan tomorrow
Undecided of being a Hull fan or hoping for a draw tomorrow against Ipswich
It's a bold move changing to 5 at the back at this stage, good luckSo is Fry, who I'd have preferred to see start against you in place of Ayling (who is better for playing the likes of Oxford, though he didn't) as well as Malanda too, so 3 CBs?
Kim has certainly mixed it up with us starting FIVE at the back for the first time since he came.
He's certainly not infallible as you know, but at least he appears to have a Plan B of sorts, the lack of which was Carrick's major weakness.
don’t ever diss the leagues best manager ever again!Hellberg is a dead ringer for Old Man Steptoe ent he
