Wasps losing to Leicester at Ricoh.
Its live on BT sport.

Feels odd and sad to see

Never 32,000 in there. Lots of empties scattered around.

My guess would be 31,100.

Was up there earlier dropped my daughter off who is watching the main game followed by her cousin's team playing after the main game. Will never watch WASPS but for such a large crowd doesn't have the same buzz as a big football match. Can't help but feel sick at the thought that we've lost our stadium

That's what was waiting for CCFC potentially. what a waste.

Whats official attendance and any idea of away numbers?

As they don't have dedicated away ends, I doubt they do a breakdown of away fans.

Anyone who watched on tv or at the game do a guess then?

Just switched it on, hard to tell as a lot of people are wearing coats. Quite a few empty seats dotted around.

32,019 apparently, seen a few pictures/short videos on twitter. I would say it doesn't look that many, just as the last match looked nothing like 17k ( the 14k crowd the day before looked fuller visually at the football) vs Exeter Chiefs but I will just get shot down so I won't say it.

The Gillingham game looked half empty for us, the camera position has always been very poor facing the corporate area where less tickets are sold, more people with tickets dont turn up and standing inside at the bar is more prominent, It's going to look even worse for us next year with no one at all in the north stand.

For the benefit of the usual suspects this is not a defence of wasps, I have not seen how the stadium looks today, nore do I care.

Someone said the other week the camera location will be moving so to show singers corner and the main stand.

good news, it looking souless and empty on the tv cant help to attract the stay away fans.

Agree with that, we get stuck with one camera angle and it always looks empty. But tbf they showed a number of different angles so pretty much saw the whole stadium and it looked nearer 28k to me.

How would we know that?

Funny how the very same people who claim our crowds are inflated say the opposite when the same accusation is levied at Wasps

What that you were in the toilets with 900 men?

Imagine that. Council Jack "come and fill my pot hole boys"
