Im not sure I agree with all the twitter fans telling Wrexham fans hes shit ... hes not shit hes a good player but at this time I feel like the move could work out well for us with his injuries becoming more frequent and could help us fund what we need
Exactly. With his injury record if it's a decent bid makes absolute sense to sell

You sure we went for both? Not wanting to doubt you - just surprised at the cash that would have costed us. Especially as it looks like there is no "major" player outgoings. Could be a rare exciting deadline day for us, just a shame it finishes at 7pm!
Yeah it seems like there could be a bit of late movement.
I don't take everything i get told for fact myself, only passing on a few snippets of what i hear. He's usually pretty good for info though. As always, nobody really knows everything as the club are trying to do things under the radar now.

Reckon we’ll stump up and pay what they want for hughes then?

No idea if Rak Sakyi could slot straight in to Championship football (likely not immediately), but because of the way he plays, bringing him in as a loan with an option to buy could be excellent succession planning re; Grimes. Similar playing style imo and having Grimes as a mentor would be helpful.

If it is true also seems odd for Sheaf to be on the bench for us, unless its literally happened in the last 12-18 hours
Wrexham's transfer dealings on the face of it don't appear to be on a predetermined basis. They just seem to chuck money at positions they think they need almost on a whim.

Never kicked a football in a professional game and never even had a loan out. Its a massive risk and stinks ofa cheap option. Concerning.
