It will be interesting, but either way i cant see him coming back here. If he impresses at Wigan they will take him on, if he doesn't then we won't want him back.Certainly interested to see how Raphael gets on in League One
How can someone who is a free agent and thus unemployed, possibly be out of our wage bracket???The match fitness is a big thing though to be honest.
Of the free agents who could add something to us, I think they are out of our wage bracket.
Because they have probably earned a fair bit of money so can choose to be picky. How can someone who is a free agent and thus unemployed, possibly be out of our wage bracket???
How much do you get on the dole these days?
Let’s offer Josh Brownhill £500 a week in that case! Should be enough to secure his services! How can someone who is a free agent and thus unemployed, possibly be out of our wage bracket???

Is Josh Brownhill still free?
What is he? 21? A bit of a late developer physically, perhaps. He'll not want to end up in L1 or L2 at his age, I'm sure that he'd rather go abroad. If he survives the "welcome" then he'll come back useful. I reckon he'll be training with the first team next summer and it's a take it from there thing with him.I have a feeling you might be right unfortunately. Can't really remember the last Coventry player to go out on loan and turn it around here.
Really hoping he can though. Looked quite good in recent appearances and one of the main things he seemed to be lacking was experience
Play offs are extremely unlikely.Haji wright
rudoni
MVE
Grimes
Woolfenden
half our team prob get into any side in this league, if we could of just got a couple more in, ah well, we’ll have to just settle for play offs again
People really do not understand the concept of squad depth, it is astounding.Play offs are extremely unlikely.
important to consolidate this season now

What ? It’s a stronger squad than last season , top scorers and we’ve just made the defence better, we’ll be finePlay offs are extremely unlikely.

Our attacking subs, without injuries, are BTA and Simms. What ? It’s a stronger squad than last season , top scorers and we’ve just made the defence better, we’ll be fine
Our first 11 is superb I’m not coming on here being critical of thatWhat ? It’s a stronger squad than last season , top scorers and we’ve just made the defence better, we’ll be fine
Fortunate then as BTA has 4 goal contributions in 4 games so farOur attacking subs, without injuries, are BTA and Simms.
Be great when he’s our only rotation option up front and he might be away in the most congested part of the seasonFortunate then as BTA has 4 goal contributions in 4 games so far
Simmo played 40 odd games last season too. That's an awful lot of time on the pitch just to write off, even if he doesn't score very often.Fortunate then as BTA has 4 goal contributions in 4 games so far
OK I'll entertain this. If Sakamoto gets injured, like he has previously, then BTA comes in. Our only attacking substitute is Simms. Is that good enough?Fortunate then as BTA has 4 goal contributions in 4 games so far
About time he started delivering then.Simmo played 40 odd games last season too. That's an awful lot of time on the pitch just to write off, even if he does score very often.
He's going to have to or his career is knackered!About time he started delivering then.
People are trying to convince themselves that BTA and Simms are good enough attacking depth, before even considering our depth if we get 1 attacker injuredIt’s just so frustrating, a couple of season loans would have sufficed and it might have meant we could get through till next summer
They’ve sort of left themselves in a predicament where we have no choice but to recruit
Fed up season after season of the trepidation of losing a couple of first team players through injuryHe's going to have to or his career is knackered!
I know! Especially the strikers.Fed up season after season of the trepidation of losing a couple of first team players through injury

It doesn't matter as Lampard doesn't like using subs anywayOK I'll entertain this. If Sakamoto gets injured, like he has previously, then BTA comes in. Our only attacking substitute is Simms. Is that good enough?
Thats another excuse they use to cope, youre bang on!It doesn't matter as Lampard doesn't like using subs anyway
If we could play the same 11 we’d be top six no doubt, it’s a squad game and we don’t have it.Fucking hell, we shat the bed for the first 1/3 of last season and still made the play-offs. We'll be fine
have a look at Leicester, Ipswich, Southampton, and the other top teams, the bench isn’t great, we’re right up thereOur first 11 is superb I’m not coming on here being critical of that
teams have stronger squads though and they’ll prove beneficial and well run out of steam unless we recruit in January
shame we didn’t get a couple of loans in that we’ve had months to plan
Especially if you're only 18More than likely we’ll play with two 8s again this year at some point so think you’ll be correct.
It is a shame but the step up from academy to championship is huge.
