There's a blog on Sky Blues fans TV, a guy called Kieran being interviewed, sorry don't know his surname he's an expert on accounting for football clubs, talking about Doug King buying the CBS, he goes on to talk about Leicester, that the Premier League and EFL now have an agreement in place regarding PSR, he is suggesting that Leicester could have a Double points deduction,one from the Premier League and one from the EFL.
