Difficult question.
If we knew who is about to leave we would have a better idea on what's needed to balance the side. As things stand our best striker has been struggling with fitness all year and its nearly August. To me the top priority is a striker who knows where the back of the net is.
Anyone we bring in should be with a view of being in the 1st team straight away like our last 2 signings. Does Bauer fit this?

I don’t think we’ll sign a striker nor is it the number 1 priority imo. The question should be how we get BTA or Simms back up to their 23/24 stats. Do that, and it’s serviceable until Haji is 100% fit and ready. Looking at someone like Tyrese Campbell, he only scored 10 goals last season.
We really need Rudoni to carry on his goal scoring from last season as well as goals out wide from EMC and Sakamoto too.

More often than not we're playing against teams defending a lot deeper, and he just doesn't have the right skills to be particularly effective against that.BTA really has to start to make a tangible contribution to a game. I can't be bothered to find the stats but I'd imagine he started the majority of games during that season for West Brom.
