I suspect MVE will be sold and we’ll strengthen across the squad. The keeper situation is a big worry despite what some like to claim.The summer so far has been really disappointing. The squad is all over the place:
- 2 horrifying keepers and 1 with a long term injury
- 2 high value right backs wasting funds
- 3 poor left backs with no solid first choice
- 4 centre halves that have contributed to below par defences across 2 seasons
- no right wing back up
- 3 strikers that are seemingly out of favour with the manager
- no back up 10
We really need to see some movement soon or we are going to see the same problems we have over the last 2 seasons.
