Ethan Galbraith could be a good cover at right back and midfield. Huddersfield, Charlton and Swansea have had bids turned down already this summer.
Can’t see us paying the 2.5 million asking price for a cover playerEthan Galbraith could be a good cover at right back and midfield. Huddersfield, Charlton and Swansea have had bids turned down already this summer.
In the grand scheme of things that’s not a massive amount of money in the championship. Would be great to keep Milan and get someone like him inCan’t see us paying the 2.5 million asking price for a cover player

Read something on X that we are in for Alfie Gilchrist. This would fit both RB and CB coverEthan Galbraith could be a good cover at right back and midfield. Huddersfield, Charlton and Swansea have had bids turned down already this summer.
What if we get a great fee for him and can sign 2/3 players to replace him and strengthen other areas? As long as we keep Milan I don’t mind who we get in as backup
Goalkeeper is a priority due to Dovin injury.
We’ve already signed a left back. One of the current lot has to exit.
We know there’s a high chance MVE goes and that means x2 required in that position.
We need a top class CB in my opinion.
We need an attacker like that Italian dude we’ve been linked to.
Some strikers will be on the way out. Need to replenish.
What do you consider a great fee? What if we get a great fee for him and can sign 2/3 players to replace him and strengthen other areas?
If we sell Milan and get Kesler Hayden and say Galbraith then that’s not too badWhat if we get a great fee for him and can sign 2/3 players to replace him and strengthen other areas?
Nothing less than 14 millionWhat do you consider a great fee?
George is firmly in their first team squad now and Gilchrist was struggling for time 2nd half of last season and Sheffield United played a midfielder in his position.Raid Chelsea by maximising the 4 loans from one club rule…
Mike Penders on Loan
Alfie Gilchrist permanent deal
Marc Guiu on Loan
Tyrique George on Loan
Omari Kellyman on Loan
Piss the league. Summer done

If we move on Sheaf and Allen then Travis would be a good replacement.
sounds like we were saying now to 10m in January but yeah around 15m and then 5m on KHH would give us good replacement and an extra 10mWhat if we get a great fee for him and can sign 2/3 players to replace him and strengthen other areas?
I'd keep Allen, covers a few roles to a decent enough standard and as you say will not be on loads for this level. FL also says the way he trains means he can come back in after an extended time out the XI and hit the ground running.Considering our depth of squad has been a weakness two seasons running I don't see replacing two with one as progress. Allen will bring in very little money. He is a good squad player, a model professional and an example to younger players. He gives us valuable continuity. I can see him staying.
Enough to replace him and get a couple of other players. Nobody wants him to leave but the reality is this is the best time to sell him for maximum value. Leave it a year and he is into the last 12 months of his contract and theres no chance of getting north of 10million.What do you consider a great fee?
So you want the same as we got for Hamer? As good as he is we arent getting an offer close to thatAnything less than 14/15 million is an insult, he’s the best right back in the league
hamer only had 11 months left on his contract when we sold him milan has plenty left on his contract so we can demand a higher feeSo you want the same as we got for Hamer? As good as he is we arent getting an offer close to that

how long did Hamer have left on his contract? So you want the same as we got for Hamer? As good as he is we arent getting an offer close to that
Has 2 years left. They could always just wait and hold us to ransom in 12 months i guess.hamer only had 11 months left on his contract when we sold him milan has plenty left on his contract so we can demand a higher fee
they could but someone else could jump in front of themHas 2 years left. They could always just wait and hold us to ransom in 12 months i guess.
Nobody is paying 15 million for him even if he had 4 years left. Just isnt happening.how long did Hamer have left on his contract?
But then they dont get a fee. Same with the Shipley situation. If they intended to move him on they wouldn't have triggered the extension in my opinion. They would have just let him find a new club.
ok, given we turned down around 10m in Jan he isn't leaving themNobody is paying 15 million for him even if he had 4 years left. Just isnt happening.
we could take 12+ million now or we could have the best rb in the league and have another real go at promotion at the risk of selling him for half of that next year it’s a difficult choice, glad i’m not the one making itHas 2 years left. They could always just wait and hold us to ransom in 12 months i guess.
Given your contract length question he now has 6 months less than that alleged bid so is therefore worth lessok, given we turned down around 10m in Jan he isn't leaving them
Nah, we are not a position where we have to sell players and there are rumoured to be more suiters this summer.Given your contract length question he now has 6 months less than that alleged bid so is therefore worth less
But then they dont get a fee. Same with the Shipley situation.
Sheaf to Travis is a massive drop off, let's be honest. Only thing Travis has over him is fitness. If we move on Sheaf and Allen then Travis would be a good replacement.
well fitness is a big thing when sheaf barely plays half a yearSheaf to Travis is a massive drop off, let's be honest. Only thing Travis has over him is fitness.
