Raphael is playing wingback for Wigan btw. He also has goal in L1 so he’s definitely not in a position to perform at the required standard yet.

Bassette isn’t a winger, he had a few cameos there last season and it looked unnatural because he couldn’t take anyone and there is scant evidence he can cross.

Maybe he’ll end up being a good player elsewhere but doubt it’ll be with us. He appears to have blown whatever favour he had with Lampard when he first came in.

Surely they should change the rule for it to just be in that one league you can’t play for three clubs, allowing him a move down a league or overseas in another competitive league
