The whole operation seems a bit tin-pot.

I ordered my lad the away kit with his name on nearly two weeks ago, ready for his birthdya next week. No signs of it being out of stock etc, yet nothing progressed with the order Chased it up on the online message centre, and got a response on Monday saying there was no reason that it hadn't progressed, but promised me it would be dispatched that day... It still hasn't been dispatched...

Add in the notorious Hummel quality issues, and the many other issues stated in here, and i hope theres a massive overhaul next summer

I ordered a shirt just over a week ago and it is also still showing as processing.

I chased and was told it would be dispatched shortly on Monday and it still hasn't moved.

Yeah its not good. Apparently there was a whole batch of home shirts with the wrong labelling. As I put earlier on this thread my medium is smaller than my daughter's small! In fairness to the club they have promised to send me a new medium this week to replace me defect one.

Ive said before that the club shop has got worse every year under Doug and been chastised for it

Everything else has improved 50fold, the merch stock issues, shirt releases etc have just kept getting worse every year and nothing is done about it

It needs sorting its tinpot for a club with prem aspirations

Yes,
Apart from the release of the striped shirt (although once they all got delivered - stock remained good) this has been the worse for a while.

They've gone crazy on about a billion warm up/leisure ranges but have go no actual kit!!

I did think that the leisure range is very extensive!!

If the away pro shirts AREN'T up by Friday I'm going to concede defeat and buy the cheaper one.
Seems like a bit of an own goal from the club. It's so frustrating. They're doing so many things right/better than SISU. So much good is coming from the club. But the little things that are easily fixed and easily avoided seem to be the things they struggle to sort.

I caved this morning and bought the cheaper one. I've waited for over a month. I was told by somebody very senior at the club on Saturday that the pros would be up this Tuesday. Its now Thursday and still no sign.

As much as I have liked the Hummel shirts over the years we've had them, is it time we looked for a new supplier? One that can offer us the bespoke shirts Hummel offer, but that can keep up with demand? How much are the club losing over shirts being out of stock? Its not a good business model.
I did wonder why, so many people had Hummel as suppliers after us, but they were soon dropped. I thought it strange as I always thought their shirts were nice. So why did every other club drop them? Was it supply issues? Quality issues? It just seems a bit strange.

We seem massively in bed with Hummel atm. They seem very reliant on us as a business partner rather than a team to supply kits to. So why can't they get it right?
