The trouble I've always found is that the quality of casual t-shirts bought from the club are utter shite. Two washes in and they've shrunk to half of their original size. Haven't bought for a couple of years, not sure if things have improved.

I got one of the hummel retro t-shirts last season and that's much better quality than I was expecting it to be, the in-house stuff felt very flimsy by comparison. Still kept the size so far, touch wood

Im calling a kit cock up again

-No keeper shirts are available in store
-No shirt printing
-certain sizes are 'pre order only on the website
-'expecting delays with dispatch' bottom of the article

I was told Tuesday that the shirts weren't even in the country but thought it was a wind up. Seemingly true. How can we fuck kit release up every single year??

Tbf the COO left at the end of the season, the weird pre-season and kit is a plausible reason for that right.

Imagine if back when we had Nike template kits that looks like a tesco value shopping bag someone had told you there would be such a demand for kits the website would crash, there would be queues at the shop and things selling out within minutes of going on sale.

Waited for 30 mins then thrown out. Same every year, a complete mess. Other teams shirts available pre-season, no issue. I understand they want the most out of commerical terms, and that takes time -but we are behind every year. They know the demand, and I apprecaite the first year DK was here it needed to be sorted out. But year 3 not to have sorted it is daft.

Club store is down. Wanted to have a look to see if they are selling the jackets in the video yet

Same, I just want to have a look at the new stuff.
There should be a separate queue for those who aren't buying, but I'm guessing it's an issue with the number of visitors on the website, rather than a stock problem

I wonder how big our demand is compared to others at this level.

We do seem to have a fanbase obsessed with buying shirts. A bit like those in the North East.

Got in but couldn’t add items then kicked out, now an hours wait.

Fucking shit show again. No doubt we’ll be gaslit by deadly Doug.

Will just wait and pick one up once the season has started.
