Doesn’t normally bother me but saddle’s right every year the kit situation is a shambles. Late, missing sizes, stock outs, staff clueless.
It does cost the club money.
was planning on getting a kit as a gift for a nephews christening in Ireland this weekend.
No stock in shop (sold out in about an hour on Friday apparently) staff no idea when anymore coming in, no option to order online so will be getting something else. Rant over😁

I'm sure you can provide your nephew with a suitable Christmas present.

The club haven't got the control that some people think. The solutions are always very simple to people who have little or no experience in the business or retail world.

Problem solving without context or constraints is the lifeblood of the Coventry City online community.

I bet you're a Hobo because you haven't bought a house? If I were you, I'd prioritise that mate.

I have owned a house out right for years and probably have more savings than you. I retired at 56.

But keep the cheap shots coming about my nickname Hobo. I can live with it all day long and everyday.

You totally missed the joke Hobo... I think I understand that names online aren't literal pal.

I'll be sure to find time to send more jokes over your head though while tending to the garden in my palatial estate - which I retired to at 42.

Joke? You asked me to prioritise something I had already achieved. On the basis of my nickname. I doubt you could send anything over my head.

Display some real humor and I will laugh. Like I have laughed along with lots of posters.

Just read it again carefully, I was agreeing with your original post! Perhaps you’re in a noisy environment - it might be hard to focus on the words over the sound of your early retirement.

But the club could add in penalties to the contract for such problems occurring, or even threaten to change supplier if they don't improve.

Perhaps some of the new appointments at the club will improve things. The shirts production arrangements and contracts will be sorted well in advance. So they won't have had a chance to impact on it yet. Also the contract may not be done on an annual basis.
