WLWWDLDWWL...based on the now 3 points for a win.... 17 points.

Yes, but we did have a run of 25 games without defeat up to the end of the season IIRC

( then prime minister)was introduced to the crowd.

Remember that game, a tactical masterclass from Huddersfield. They played two forwards on each wing that bamboozled us. George Curtis had no one to kick.
The big turning point for me was Wolves away when we won 3-1. Lot of City fans there that day and a great atmosphere. Mirrored later by the 3-1 win at home in the reverse fixture.
