    Venus interview

A lot of people are linking him to Fisher and SISU, saying he's just as bad. On field matters, sure, blame him. But the training ground stuff, he's being drafted into this simply because there's no-one left to assist Fisher

    Venus interview

The last 24 hours' developments prove both SISU and Venus agree, we need a new manager quickly. But regarding the interview, that was the first glimpse of fire and passion i have heard from Venus. He may not be a great manager, but i don't think he is as much to blame regarding off the field...

Fisher live on CWR.... the countdown begins.

As a radio presenter myself, i urge all CCFC fans who want to phone in to be respectful and constructive. I understand the frustration and perhaps even the hatred fans feel towards this man, but this is a rare opportunity. We may never get it again, especially if people phone up and fire insults...

New manager - who do you want?? (realistic candidates only)

I honestly wouldn't say no to mark robins. The guy worked wonders here last time and made some very shrewd signings. Used to working on a small budget, but i doubt he'd come back if SISU are still in charge

Ray on the phone in !

I heard the phone in on he way back from Lye. Could barely hear the others, but then Ray came on and immediatly you could hear the passion in his voice. Its good to hear someone finally speak out

    The Signings That Never Were

Clough and Taylor were set to join Coventry after leaving Derby, even taking part in a meeting at Highfield Road about the position. But Derby offered the 2 their jobs back with higher pay so they decided to return to the Baseball Ground for another couple of years

    The Signings That Never Were

In the week that Juventus legend Pavel Nedved claimed the biggest regret of his career was not playing for Manchester United, i want to know for this week's Cooks Question what you think is the biggest transfer story that seemed set for the books but didn't make it over the finish line. It...

So after 2 matches without Mowbray....

I'm still reeling from Mowbray's departure, but we have to look forward. Who will be the man to take the sky blues forward? Mark Venus has had a cracking start as caretaker boss with 2 wins out of 2. But is he the man to take charge on a permanent basis? Would you want him to stay on full time...

    Memorabilia

Dunno which i'd prefer, the seat or a drunken sing song on the Highfield Road turf

    Memorabilia

Over the last few days ive been admiring some of the memorabilia i've collected over the years, for no reason whatsoever. I just remembered that i've got some pretty cool things stashed in various places. My Coventry City Season Review Videos, all the old programmes my great grandad gave to me...

    Who Should Lead The Line?

Tudgay is decent from the bench but he's not a starter anymore

    Who Should Lead The Line?

Apparently Becchio looked decent for the Under 23's, but performances don't always equal goals

    Who Should Lead The Line?

Anyone who says we need more strikers seriously needs to look at the options we now have. With the likes of Marvin Sordell, Daniel Agyei and Marcus Tudgay vying for 2, perhaps only 1 spot up front. Goals are still at a premium this season, and youngsters like George Thomas and Jordan Ponticelli...

Bigi - Back To The Top or Sky Blue Flop?

Gael Bigirimana has a real chance at redemption this season. The Burundi international is back with the sky blues after a big money move to Newcastle didn't work out. But can Bigi get back to where he was? He's shown glimpses of the talent that made a Premier League club fork out a 7 figure sum...

    City's Worst Start?

Im not looking for the statistically our worst start, im looking for decision making, performances, transfers and tactics, along with wins and points
