thought it was better at sixfields

yes all that the council are able to offer (ie physically can offer, not what they do or do not want to offer) has no value to the football club over the next 40 years which is why all the talk of offers to the council is ludicrous. Of course the council can sell their half of acl which would...

thought it was better at sixfields

because the freehold doesn't give you the right to play football there, you need the lease which is owned by acl.

thought it was better at sixfields

They can't do that either, the council can't sell the unencumbered freehold, nore can they sell a long lease, the only thing the council can sell is the encumbered freehold which is of absolutely no use to the football club over the next 40 years.

thought it was better at sixfields

The council Can't give sisu a long lease, it's another spin from sisu to make it look like they are asking for something more reasonable than the freehold even though it's not possible to do. ACL have a lease for 40 years more ish, untill that lease ends the council can't give out another lease.

    Inquest into the season?

The problem is the bigger picture and longer term all look like shit, deep steaming piles of stinky shit. Yet on the pitch we've performed better than we've had the right too with such a young, small and shallow squad, these great performances have allowed some restbite from thinking about the...

    Inquest into the season?

we have multiple of our best players out of contract in the summer and we are likely to be in a transfer embargo by then, things are only going to get worse untill sisu leave.

The point of the weblink is to make it easier to tell people about the petition using word of mouth, to tell people about the petition using leaflets and to make an newspaper articles much more productive. It depends when SimonGilbert is doing his article on the petition? ideally we want this done in time for that. Better too have it done quickly for that and get a bit of criticism than miss out on it going in the paper.

go on then ill buy one, what is best? footballpetition.co.uk is £2.99 as well but while some of skyblueweemans options are cooler I think fixfootball.co.uk is the simplest to remember and tell people, the easiest for people to type in without making a mistake.
