2017/18 - Sky Blues start the season at a new ground just outside the city limits

MK Dons play at Bletchley? There must be quite a few others that play away from their assumed home. As for the new stadium SISU have no intention of building a new stadium or so Joy has told me in confidence!

    Christie's Off Then...

Football agents/parasites/ten percenters or is it fifteen percent nowadays, call em what you like, have a lot to answer for in the game. I put them in the same category as hedge funds, scum, living off the backs of others.

    Thanks but sadly no thanks

Great stadium but do wish that they would put in some ventilation for the smoke in the toilets. Even the old bill commented on it when he came into the toilet and a fan offered him a fag in a gesture of kindness.:D

    Well done team and fans

Two superb goals by new boy Maguire but players should restrict their goal celebrations to on the pitch so as not to incite the crowd into moronic behaviour. After his second goal I was worried that Maguire was going to be shown a second yellow.

    Match Fixing in the UK

I was told that match fixing was so endemic in Cyprus that instead of using local Cypriot officials they had to import them from Greece for match days. Betting offices changed their rules that you had to bet on a minimum of three Cypriot matches as a result of the practice. Also remember when...

    Dan Seabourne

Not forgetting Yeovil last season. According to my mate Elvis when he enquired about Madden he was offered "Dan The Man" Seabourne as a better option!

Big blow that Barton the Battler is out, he will be deeply missed for his no nonsense tackling and heading ability in midfield.:thinking about: Yes, I know his prowess lies in his magnificent cross field balls in setting up attacks and his lethal finishing.;)

Tough ask tonight without Leon Clarke. Also Callum Wilson on 4 yellows and no back up striker in sight. Will the goals dry up, we shall see.

    Parking MK Dons

I previously asked the very same question and was kindly advised by Grendel to park in Car Park H (H apparently for Hypocrite). I'm sure that he was trying to be helpful but no doubt he's already reserved himself a spot in Car Park A (A apparently for Arsehole).;)
