A good team has a spine, wings, a heart, an engine, lungs and legs that keep going for 90 minutes and a fox in a box. Exceptional teams also have an artist in the hole. I'm just glad I've never met one down a dark alley.

I can't think of any that were as good or better than when released. I imagine that's natural given the kind of club we are: if they play well they are sold. They only return if they haven't been playing well elsewhere for some time.
