That's my point really. You have a leader of a council who isn't elected directly by constituents. It's just a local reflection of national democracy. I wasn't digging at your favourite council this time, I know it upsets you.

Indeed. In my eyes the initial £21m leasehold payment hamstrung ACL and consequentially the club. 125 year lease may have got ACL better terms from a commercial lender?
