Jackson and Miller allowed to leave

Seabourn left because he was hopeless. If only we could realise players were hopeless before signing them.

    Adams Park pitch looks Superb

Tony - the simple fact is that the club ceased owning its own ground in the late 90s. This is not SISU's fault. They bought that problem but didn't buy it on the absolute expectation that it would be addressed. They can be blamed for not agreeing a deal for the Ricoh but due to its trilateral...

    Upcoming Changes At The Ricoh

It's ACL or IEC you should be complaining to about the beer. Fuck all to do with SISU. Not that facts ever get in the way of another misplaced diatribe.

    Upcoming Changes At The Ricoh

No. Before they'd gone anywhere near court the council pursued buying out the loan, which pretty much ended the purchase avenue. Indeed the council said the loan would assist the club in agreeing a rental term. They were not interested in selling the £113m complex to SISU.

Where did you get that drivel from?

    Adams Park pitch looks Superb

Did SISU sell the club's home of 90 odd years? Did they sell half of the share in ACL?

It's been the same for over 10 years. Highfield Rd was sold in 1999. We've been a heavily indebted club heading only one way since. It is not SISU's fault we don't own our own ground. I'll not happy with it - you're like a silly old woman with comments like that

With it being Rugby League the seasons only marginally overlap anyway.

Last: Big deal. We are a 3rd division team. We get gates of less than 10k. Why shouldn't we be playing Fleetwood? Wigan were non league 30 odd years ago. They won the cup. The cheek of it. Wimbledon won it after we did and they'd only been in the league a few years. It's as much about...

    Upcoming Changes At The Ricoh

It's a commercial operation. It's all aimed at making money. Don't forget that SISU couldn't and wouldn't do anything about enhancing food and beverage options because it wasn't in their interest.

At least 67 has some significance for CCFC I suppose.

The labour core vote in the city will bloody love this.

EXACTLY. Well supported clubs do not have such fair-weather support. Thanks for backing my point up.

The average gate in 2003, just two years after relegation was 14813. The gates have been crap for years. The high averages 2006-2008 were owed to the Ricoh novelty factor.

No. It shows a one off occasion brought a big crowd. There is zero evidence of sustained good attendances. The evidence is of a decline.

    Question about the Ricoh/ACL

If ACL went into administration the council would recover x amount in the £ for the loan. I would be very surprised if any bidder would pay its full amount through a takeover.

    Question about the Ricoh/ACL

The Ricoh to be sold to? Would they recover the loan? Doubt it personally

Victory for the City of Coventry yesterday

Indeed. This is where I was getting to. Who would be interested in a club with such a small or fickle support base?
