Alan Higgs Charity Slams SISU over legal costs

The premise of the thread is blaming SISU for the Higgs Trust's legal costs!

Alan Higgs Charity Slams SISU over legal costs

Both 'sides' are like that. I'm not sure why every thread comes down to apportioning blame. Highlighting the discrepancy of ethos of a children's charity running a pub isn't blaming them for anything, is it?

Details of Wasps' Ricoh Arena deal with council revealed

The biggest impact on turnover would be if the people of Coventry bothered their arses to go up and watch them. Forgot NOPM, SISU will stick it out whilst they still have a cause in CCFC to take to court. NOPM will not force them out, it will assist the continued decline.

Indeed. We don't know how Wasps raised the other £5m to purchase the lease or how they turn around £3m losses. Neither do we know how they repay loans from Richardson. Do we foresee another rent strike in the event that the rent is increased?

SISU weren't offered any deal over a longer period. They certainly were never offered a 250 year lease.
