They're here as a result of ACL's problems you mean. The stadium wasn't reserved for CCFC, it was always made for a sports franchise.

I'm not happy with it but then wouldn't be happy with the club being further indebted to SISU. There are too many unknowns to really get an idea of how much, if any, of the Wilson money has been reinvested. Do you think they've taken the fee out of the club? I'm not defending SISU or...

The reality is that we've probably not even seen half of that fee yet. They like to demonstrate they got a good price for a player but it comes back to bite when the cash isn't immediately realised.

I'd rather he played than any loanee. Wilson was thrown in and it did him the world of good. Loads of clubs actually play their youngsters now, Sheffield Utd got a couple

He was awesome in that first season, so of course the following season he was shunted out to the right wing to accommodate the returning Gary McAllister. You do wonder about the credibility of the 'tapping up' of Boateng by Dion Dublin.

    Great individual performances

Some obvious ones e.g. players scoring hatricks but we've all seen (at some point in the probably distant past) relatively unsung brilliance. I nominate George Boateng's destroyer performance vs Derby in the FA Cup in 98. He got an assist as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXxzmtTpxtY

More for longevity and the utmost professionalism really (not that Roland Nilsson didn't show that anyway).

As much as Nilsson was a great player. Brian Borrows was excellent and would be ahead of him Imo.
