    Ricoh after this season?

Hmmm. Interesting point. I think Ricoh may re-bid for the rights in any case.

    No scouts

That's a relief. I'd be pissed off if we'd paid somebody to scout some of this dross

Cov 41st biggest club in England

In fairness Stoke City have won major trophies in their history. Remember that football began before 1992. Mind you, the measure of support was some nonsense like twitter followers.

    Shaun Miller

I find this quite bizarre. I'd be more willing to give him another chance than I would Jackson (who has been disappointing to Joachim proportions).

    JLR purchase

As Northern Wisdom alluded to earlier, can we criticise the council for the Peugeot, Browns Lane and Massey Ferguson (to name but 3) closures? It's quite funny really, at national level you get the Tories taking credit and at a local level Labour.

    JLR purchase

Good news for Cov this. Only the other day on here I was bemoaning the way JLR neglected its so spiritual home. I see the council are again seeking credit for what is obviously a JLR strategic commercial decision.

Ricoh rail station ready by the Summer

Nice spot on electioneering, 4 councillors turning up. Desperate. 1 single carriage train per hour.

Port Vale striker Alex Nimley 'would play for nothing' to join Coventry City and keep

I could offer to play for free (or even pay subs) but that doesn't mean I should be given a chance. My goal to game ratio is better (albeit mostly 5-a-side).

Port Vale striker Alex Nimley 'would play for nothing' to join Coventry City and keep

Fuck him. Was at Port Vale, didn't get a game and twice went awol. He was hopeless first time around as well.

Doubtful as they've now had to pay significantly more for the TV rights for the most overrated league in the world

    £10 for a 3 year old !

Tbh though the people who work there are part of the problem. They are the public face of the non footballing side of the club and are often abrupt and unhelpful. Perhaps they should offer to feed comments about ticket prices back to their seniors?

Because that hasn't happened despite the TV deal

Good start but needs to go a lot further in my opinion. The TV deal isn't for the benefit of the British population.
