Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

The German who is contracted to a Championship club and was previously at a Premier League club. I doubt he's on less than Clarke or Pope.

CCFC- what do we want on Match-days?

Correct. Going back further didn't Jimmy Hill introduce various bits of pre match entertainment in the 60s?

Mowbray wants to bring back Proschwitz permanently...

It doesn't say anything about the budget

CCFC- what do we want on Match-days?

Can the club ask ACL to open the real ale bar(s)? It isn't only rugby supporters who want something better than bottles of Carlsberg

Another positive move from the club. Well done for your constructive response.

Tony Mowbray closing in on making first signings

Interesting looking at some of the signings he made at WBA and Middlesbrough, many of them are still mainstays in their respective sides.

    Bury splashing the cash

Of course the FC rent and income is finished now mind you. Seems like they're gambling to me.

update on odds and ends off the pitch

That's SISU's fault. What do the columns refer to?

    Lack Of Transfer Activity

It's not about when we sign them it's about who we sign. I'm not bothered. I remember a few times we've signed a lot of players in the summer and hardly any of them have been a success.

update on odds and ends off the pitch

There was an options appraisal on the councils website which discusses the merits of the two sites (which shows who really chose the location). I can't find it now mind you.

    Bury splashing the cash

We had Wilson and Clarke and still struggled, albeit with a points reduction. Bury have had financial problems in the past, I daresay they'll have them again in future.

Yes, this is going back to about 1997.

update on odds and ends off the pitch

Not strictly true. The CCFC plans were Parkside or Foleshill. They were encouraged to choose Foleshill by the council for one reason or another though you'd suspect that the ex gas works were a much harder sell for prospective developers.

The right managerial place, the right time

Even if Adams had taken that opportunity there is nothing to suggest he'd be in a better position than he is currently. He arguably reached his personal pinnacle when he got to manage his boyhood club in Sheffield United. He's had his limitations continually exposed.

update on odds and ends off the pitch

4.5 years rent. Hard to quantify the gains they made on food and drink at the expense of CCFC over the period.

    Capital One Cup

I'd like a good run in any cup competition. I hope we get an easy tie and get through to the next round.

And we think our council doesn't care!

It's the language barrier really. How are those Leicester types going to learn to speak English properly?
