Agree - but you don't always get to 'choose' when - and you never know what's round the corner - an unlucky run of injuries, etc that can derail you. Agree, though, If nothing untoward happens, next season we should be stronger (though you could make a case for M' Boro and Hull being the same)

Some of the Bristol players are real thugs / have tempers, Williams and Gardner-Hickman in particular (the latter should be off the pitch) - think we can wind them up at our place.

Sheff Wed Cup Game Fri 26th at 1945

Can I just say that we need to be cheering on Bristol City tonight, so that they have to play a cup game on this weekend, before our midweek game against us. Don't want them having a big rest. Edit: or/and, a sh*t load of injuries.

Sheff Wed Cup Game Fri 26th at 1945

Sheffield Wednesday have a more important league game at home to Watford on the Wednesday following this. I think they will rotate their squad a lot for our game.

You OK mate? Someone said it was hard to make a song with his.name, and I happened to have seen one, so put it on here. Apparently you've decided that makes me gay 😳. For your information, I'm not, but have slept with a couple of blokes who were🤪

    Callum contract offer

Think you are right - if we got offered a few £m, I'd take it if a) he won't sign an extension and b) he would go to whoever has made a reasonable bid.

Norwich away is potentially tricky (now that Sargent - good player - is back) and West Brom away will be tough - we haven't really troubled their defence recently (plus they've got that Dike back). If we can win one of those two, then I'd happily take that. Only really Southampton away after...

Video Coventry City fight from behind to TRIUMPH in M69 DERBY! 🩵 | City Unseen 📺 | Leicester (H)

Have a look at 6:16 Milan over by the touchline, Kelly sat politely applauding in the background (somehow feel sad/sorry for him - looking like 'i'm no longer really part of this')

    Where will we finish

Would like to see Leeds v West Brom play off semi final, with us v Ipswich Beat the Baggies in the final My gut says we may well get to the play offs, but ultimately fall short. I'm just hoping that it doesn't delay us planning for the following season - although that should be less problematic...

Will throw in the 5-4 Boxing day win against Norwich, back in approx 1762, with Jim Blyth saving a last minute penalty to deny them the equaliser.

Leamington and Warwick is NOT in Leicestershire!!

To be fair, I don't mind the usual lot in the Wheatsheaf - had many a pint in there, but think a lot more 'newbies' had turned up for a ruck with our friends from up the M69. and were either tanked or coked up, and more than a bit edgy.

Leamington and Warwick is NOT in Leicestershire!!

To the 'mob' outside The Wheatsheaf after the Leicester game (and I and a few others often drink in there pre-match). We were travelling past the Wheatsheaf after the Leicester game in our Catteralls coach, when a couple of face covered youths started gesticulating 3-1 at us. Despite mouthing...

    Callum contract offer

Of all the players who would not be suited to playing abroad, C O'H would be top of the list for me. Possible ADHD, jack the lad - the polar opposite of the articulate, thinking footballer. That's not insulting him either - he just seems a Blackpool rather than St Moritz type of guy.

    Transfer targets

The loss of Kelly and Fadz leaves us with a ridiculously young (exciting) squad. Only really Bidwell, then Sheaf (25) I'm guessing of outfield regulars. Sets us up beautifully for next season, though - if we fall short this.
