Today convinced me M'Boro will fall short, but Hull (next 3 games very winnable) and Norwich (now that Sargent is back) are likely to have a big say in the play off race - West Brom getting closer to the pack now. Need to beat Bristol City to keep the pressure on!

To be fair to Wednesdayites, their forum seems full of sensible posters or, at least, is very well moderated in terms of content. Majority of their fans recognise we are a good team. The usual 'rubbish ref' seems to resonate with most fanbases.

Wilson, Ben (not Callum! - cup tied) Binks, Lati, Da Silva, Allen, Thor/Torp, whatever the Viking's name is) with Simms and Tavares up top all to start in the cup game. Maybe chuck in a promising youngster or two.

Only listening on the radio, but it sounds that whoever does most of the attacking is likely to win (partly due to the fact that the pitch is likely to force defensive errors)

#It was so easy for them, they switched off for the last half hour and got sloppy. Was pleased for the Swansea manager for the response in the second half, as the first half must have been embarrassing for him/them.

Their fans don't want Bambo Diaby to play - they think he is very erratic.

Think both Saints goals looked offside, but they are all over Swansea. Embarrassingly so.

Safe journeys to all the travelling SBA. Missing today, but will be travelling up on Friday for the cup game. 3 points please, and give them an extra shout from me, although I'll be shouting at the TV/radio anyway. PUSB!!

Hull and M'Boro are our 2 likeliest contenders for the play offs imo.

Chansiri - they'll come back with a second bid and I'll squeeze another 200k or so out of them. If he's not in the team against us on Saturday will probably be the biggest clue.

    Callum contract offer

Tricky in this bloody weather - I'm off to play footie this morning, and mine have gone into hiding 🥶

Glad Forest beat Blackpool. It means Brizzle will likely field a stronger side against them, prior to our league game.

    Our Run In

I've booked on the coach to Norwich Rob, so that's one result you've got wrong !

    Our Run In

I think we'll end up close to last season's total of 72 again

Unless Southampton are already up, I think an away victory there is a brave call.

    Transfer targets

I think you'd need to be a lot closer to the club's finances to make those assumptions. We will have had increased outgoings with wages with the likes of Wright, Simms, MvE, Kitching, Thomas, renewal of Sheaf's contract etc etc. To assume all of our income/costs match up, outside of Vik/Gus'...

    Callum contract offer

Even if C O'H staying until the end of the season was the difference between making the play offs or not, it would be worth keeping him (rather than selling in the January window) in terms of the extra match/TV revenue we would make. With the obvious possibility of a final/promotion Golden...
