    Was thinking the same myself.

    New goalie needed

It was almost as if they'd done their homework on him for corners :thinking about:

And The Cracks are Beggining to Show

Losing Turner early on was also a big blow. We only had one defender on the bench to bring on and being kind he wasn't good enough to step any of the starting defenders boots.

    New goalie needed

He's got frailties just like Burge but Burges didn't cost us points. RCC is a good prospect but his cockiness has been mistaken for confidence, he'll learn and get better but right now if we can't bring in a more experienced and effective keeper in in January it's time for Burge to be given a...

    Announcement ?

They're going to give TM some more money for January. It's the only logical announcement.

    Legend. RIP

    Announcement ?

Daniel Craig is without doubt the best one but Roger Moore will always be my favourite.

    Announcement ?

Only caught the beginning of the phone in but heard him say it. Personally I'm not holding my breath. We've heard the "announcement coming in the new year" line before, not that I held my breath last year. Although this time it came from a radio commentator and not the clubs chairman (or...

Another team who has somehow found space to build a new ground in London

He's Grendull. Making stuff up is what he does. Knowing the way we clash on here from time to time (OK, all the time ;) ) I have no doubt that you certainly wasn't licking Eastwoods arse. Fishers arse, maybe but not Eastwoods ;)

Another team who has somehow found space to build a new ground in London

You really are obsessed with me. I've only been stalked twice before, both ex girlfriends. I never thought I'd get stalked by a grown man with an imaginary life and an orange penis. It's pretty clear that you are in your forties or fifties, still live at home with your mum and spend your days...

    Save Wimbledon Stadium

If it happens they'll be motorsport, the reason there's motorsport there at all is because the greyhounds can't survive on their own at that site.

    Save Wimbledon Stadium

To be honest it's probably too late for Wimbledon but the truth is that short circuit motorsport is under attack. The real estate that the tracks operate from tend to be quite sizable such as Brandon and indeed Wimbledon (there's a sizable car park/pit area outside of the stadium complex itself)...

    Save Wimbledon Stadium

It's no walk in the park I can assure you. It's hard work both physically and mentally. Also when doing amateur motorsport you don't have a team of mechanics keeping your car going, it's you and a couple of willing mates. It's hard graft, non stop but rewarding. You don't need to have the...

    Save Wimbledon Stadium

It used to depend on the meeting and formulas racing. Unfortunately since the stadium has been allowed to be run down certain areas are no longer open. I've been and it's been shoulder to shoulder (most of the stadium is standing) and I've been when its just been a couple of thousand.

    Save Wimbledon Stadium

They'd have to knock some flats down for that to happen. The only permanent motorsport venue in London? Yes. Permanent tarmac oval and figure of eight in the the stadium with regular meetings for various formulas but mainly stocks and bangers.

It has motorsport on too and has for decades. Also the last full time motorsport venue in the city of London.

    New Ground - Safe Standing

I'm at an age now where I appreciate a seat but I think safe standing is a great idea and like you say will increase capacity of any new ground especially if it's in a tight spot like The BPA.
